Rep. Bob McCaslin says child workers, lawmakers are “innocent until proven guilty”

Rep. Bob McCaslin, R-Spokane Valley, joins Marty McClendon and Doug Basler of KLFE's “Eyes on Washington” program, discussing his work on the Early Learning & Human Services Committee and House Bill 2642, which requires a written explanation for childcare workers accused of abuse or neglect. McCaslin also discusses how the Public Records Act has been used to wrongfully accuse lawmakers. McCaslin talks about proposals for career technical education and how preventing wildfires could be better for the environment than a carbon tax.
